Creating Your Membership Profile

All Abenakee members have a user account in our new website. You will use your email address to log into the website, and you will need to create a password that you should save (and use to log into the membership side of the website).

Editing Your Membership Profile

The Abenakee Club is replacing the contact information paperwork, and instead will rely on members to update their own information. You should first view your profile, and if any information needs to be updated, please click on the "Edit Profile" button to make updates and edits.

About Family Memberships

If you have a Family membership, there is one individual family member who is your family's "membership coordinator." This is the person who has full control and can add new family members (see below). We've assigned each family's membership coordinator based on our best guess as to the family's preference. If you'd like to change the membership coordinator, you must email and ask us. Please click here to email us.

Adding Family Members

If you have a Family membership, then your immediate family can enjoy the same level of access to the club as you can. Please note that children who have turned 26 on or before January 1st of the upcoming season will need their own junior membership. Do not add such children or family members (who have their own junior memberships) to your family profile.

To add children or family members (who are not junior members) to your family profile, please:

  1. Access your membership profile

  2. Scroll down to "Bundle Summary"

  3. Click "Add Member"

  4. Enter your family member's contact information

  5. Click "Save"

  6. You will now see your family member's profile

  7. To return to your profile, in the blue box at the top of your screen, click "Return to bundle list and your own profile"

Repeat these steps until have added all your family members (who are not junior members).

Making Changes to Your Membership Level

If you need to edit your membership level (for example, if you need to change from Individual to Family), you must contact us. Members cannot change their membership levels on their own.
